LIFE is about choices. Loren and Renee Guenette are presently living in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. They have spent the better part of their twenty-eight years together as spiritual partners, raising two wonderful sons. Their education has placed them in teaching careers for over twenty-five years. Renee has taught at the elementary level, while Loren has taught at the college level. The experiences of interdependence, raising a family and dealing with students on a regular basis has given them a greater insight into what people face in terms of both human interaction and decision making. They have observed that spiritual growth takes place through the dynamics of human relationships. Loren has always looked philosophically at life. For him, life can be explained as a series of equations. This is the basis from which the symbolic drawing of enlightenment in this book originates. Over many years, they have both immersed themselves in reading a wide range of books in the spiritual realm. Renee has taken university courses to further study both Western and Eastern religions. As well, she has completed two levels of Reiki, a Japanese approach to transmitting universal healing energy to others.
